Mikee's kidney & transportation

Those of us who know and love Mikee know by now that he has been admitted to Orange Park Medical Center as of the end of May for Kidney failure and near heart failure (his heart is only functioning at 10%). We also know how hard he works as a massage therapist and a yoga instructor, and also that he doesn't get a paycheck unless he's doing massages. He's in the hospital indefinitely undergoing tests to figure out what's wrong, and meanwhile, is having to get 3x a week dialysis and will potentially be put on a kidney transplant list.  Mikee is applying for help from the powers that be, but meanwhile, even before he landed in the hospital, his motorcycle (his only form of transportation) has been in the shop and until he can save up the $2500 repair costs, he's out of any mode of transportation. He's been paying $40 to take an Uber every day from Orange Park to St. Johns Town Center so he can show up at work. Let's help Mikee get his bike out of the shop, help with his living expenses while he's unable to work, and maybe help out with some of his hospital fees. Let's show our sweet friend Mikee (who has the biggest giving heart of anyone I know) how much we love him.
