Help Michaella, hit by a car

Michaella is 13 years old and lives with her mother,  uncle and sister in Manassas, Virginia. She was struck by a car and ended up being airlifted to Fairfax Hospital.  

She has some bleeding just below her brain, friction burns on her back, shoulders, legs and face, and is suspected to have a fractured coccyx and pelvis. 

Her mother works as food server, and does not receive any child support from her daughters' father. She has had to give away her shifts at work to be with her daughter at this point in time. 

The money raised here will go to help with lost work hours, medical expenses, and some will also help Michaella's grandmother and aunts as they drive cross country to be with her.
