Memorial Fund Elizabeth Apadaca Valdez

Tragedy struck our family last night when our Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother was taken away from us to soon. Elizabeth was in a fatal car accident.

Elizabeth was a ray of sunshine. To know her, was to love her. She had the best personality. Always smiling, always doing something goofy to make others smile or laugh. When asked where she was, Elizabeth would always say "I'm just around the corner". And she would eventually show up a few hours later. She was never on time, but she always came in with a smile and a HUGE cup of baby ice. She could always be seen with foam cup of baby ice in her hand.

Elizabeth left behind four beautiful children and one beautiful grandbaby girl. She was the best grandma anyone could ask for. So proud of her grandbaby girl.

Elizabeth was always so giving. She would literally give you the shirt off her back if you only asked. She loved everything teal, purple and sparkly. We will miss you Elizabeth. Till we meet again. Love you forever!

This tragedy comes to close to another tragedy that happened just 23 days prior to losing Elizabeth, when the children's father was taken from this earth in another tragic death.

Money left over will go towards her kids to hemp with financial expenses.
