Memorial for Tony Ferraro

We are Tony's sisters, Jennifer and Amy. We are starting this gofundme to help provide some financial stability for Jamie during this difficult time, as her full time job for the last 20 years has been taking care of Tony full time.

I don't think that we could possibly lend more eloquent words, than Jamie herself, so I am providing the below.

I am sorry to say that I lost Tony Ferraro this past Saturday. He fought hard to live his life the way he wanted. He was such a good person. I told him,and anyone who would listen, just how special he was, humble and shy, funny and genuine. The kinda guy everyone should have in there life. We experienced so many things together through the years, good and bad, but always experienced completely. His laughter was was contagious, his humor on point and surprising. He lived life beyond his wheelchair and DMD, it didn’t define him as a person. He loved deeply, hated no one or nothing. He adored his animal babies, and any other animal really. He had so much compassion for others, never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He hated animosity and wanted everyone to get along and play nice. He was a communicator and taught me so much about connecting with communications as well as how to manage my own words. He was the light in my dark, the rational to my emotional, and the joy and happiness in my life. He is missed deeply, was loved thoroughly and will never be forgotten. I love you forever and am ever grateful of the love you and I shared. Check in with me every once in a while.
