Memorial for the Family of Jaidyn Barz

My good friend Mandi lost her son Jaidyn in a tragic accident and her life will never be the same. There will be numerous expenses in addition to the funeral, including large medical bills, which Mandi will need help with. She has very limited paid time off, and has been taking unpaid time in order to deal with the tragedy and all that goes along with it.

The English language has words to describe almost every type of person who has lost someone close to them - widow, orphan, etc. But there is no label to put on a parent who has lost a child. It is a loss that each parent hopes to never face, and our entire friend group is devastated that Mandi is dealing with this.

Jaidyn was an amazing son, brother, friend, student, and co-worker. Everyone who met him came away a better person. His loss will leave a void in his mother and sister's lives that will never be filled.

All money raised in conjunction with the fundraiser previously published by Jaidyn's father, will be going toward funeral and medical expenses first, and then to the expenses both families are incurring as a result of this devastating loss.
