Cupcake Shop: Help us to the finish

It has always been my dream to open up my own cupcake store. I have had my own catering business in Savannah, GA that Iran out of my home before children. But now Iam getting back into baking and I have had a succesful business running the cupcake shop out of my home. But now I have started the process of getting my storefront for my business it has taken 9month so far since the signing of my lease. The process has been a complete nightmare dealing with the city as well as the eletrical engineers who are working on my projects. It has been one struggle after the other and I am so thankful for my family and friends who have hepled me and kept my head up. Even just today I got a call to find out that we got a chair thrown threw out store front window.... the day after Christmas. Our budget at this point has gone well over as well as each deadline we have set. 

 We are strong and have surrounded ourself with positive and encouraging people. Anything you can give will be greatly appriciated to help see this through.
