Please help me save my kitten, Kin-chan who is not even 2 years old yet. I am struggling to make ends meet after nearly $2400 of vet bills last month from Kin-chan's recurring Urinary Tract Infection that caused a complete blockage twice and required hospitalization. These infections in a male cat are easily fatal if untreated, and he has come down with yet another UTI this morning.
As it is I have to rush him to an emergency vet, and I have been advised to perform a surgery which will at least prevent futhur blockages, even if he comes down with a UTI but at an adition cost of nearly $2000 before medication. Otherwise, the vet had advised that I should euthanise him if I am not able to afford furthur health care.
Anyone who has met Kin-chan can understand why I would do anything to save him from these circumstances. He is too young and too sweet and I would simply never forgive myself. I would not be asking for help if I had any other option, but for the sake of my kitty I will forgo my pride to ask just that.
