Cancer Medications for Sudanese Children
Sudanese children with cancer are in desperate need of cancer medications. Since the 2019 Sudanese Revolution, the transition of government led to political instability resulting in a complete collapse of the healthcare system. Essential pharmaceutical medications became scarce, and unfortunately, children with cancer cannot access critical cancer drugs.
The incidence of childhood malignancies in Sudan is very high. The most common malignancies are leukemia, lymphoma, kidney and brain tumors. Approximately 1500 new cases of children with cancer emerge every month.
Our goal is to raise funds to help children in Sudan gain access to chemotherapy medications and treatments. Necessary cancer drugs required are Imatinib, Tretinoin, Vincristine, Methotrexate, Cytarabine, Cisplatin, Filgrastim. Your donation will help fund these crucial medications, as without them, these children will relapse into a worse state and die. YOU can make a huge difference in a child's life. They need urgent help, every day that passes by without chemotherapy, their chances of survival dim.
