Medical Odyssey shortfall

As many of you know, in early summer I had a severe food poisoning event. I rested a day, worked 5 days and it never got any better. I visited a quick care and 2 urgent cares facilities, and then was admitted to the ER, triaged and this began my 10 day odyssey.

The good news is that I was very well taken care of at Mt Sinai Columbia university hospital and my insurance company has been great. The bad news is that 10 days in  a NYC hospital which includes an operation runs up a bill of $200,000.

Luckily, my insurance is good and has paid a LOT. I have paid all the quick care, urgent care and emergency room centers and doctors and all outpatient meds plus a few other bills.
 
After reconciling my insurance and hospital bills I am $10,000 short. 
I am working all the hours I can. 
Simultaneously I have some serious and costly dental work going on. I have gone to the Columbia dental school to lower the costs ($8k).

My doctor said I just had bad luck. 
Understatement. My birthday is coming up and people keep asking what I want. I want help. I need a little help. I am humbly asking for your help. Any contribution is greatly appreciated
