Medical Expenses for Emily Bradley

Dear Friends,

There are few people more selfless and giving then Marcia Bradley. She is always there for her friends, family, students, neighbors...the list is endless. Marcia is also stubborn. She refuses to ask for help when she needs it. Right now, she and her daughter Emily, another woman, who is always there for people, need our help.
I've convinced Marcia to write a letter that explains.

I am sharing her letter (below) and asking you to give if you can. Please, feel free to share this with others who may be able to get Emily the medical help she needs.

Dear Friends and Writers,

It’s hard for me to do this but my wonderful community has pushed me to be strong and ask for your help. If there’s anything I know about all of you, it’s how much you care and how we all pull together for each other. My daughter Emily in LA was recently hospitalized and is now in ongoing treatment. Unfortunately, Kaiser, her insurance provider, will not cover most of these expenses. For an unemployed Millennial, during the COVID-19 crisis, she has very few places to turn.

 As some of you know, I have temporarily relocated to LA to help her through the next few months. I’ve depleted my savings and borrowed from incredible friends. But to survive here and get her the medical help she needs, I need to ask for your support.

 I know how hard these times are for everyone. I’m very hopeful that soon we will see signs of relief and better days. Like many of you, I’m a Mom and being a Mom lasts forever—I have to be here for Emily right now. Thank you for understanding this crisis. I sincerely appreciate any help you can give me.
