Medical expenses for Elaine

Last summer Elaine moved with her daughter Lisa and Grandson Ethan to MD. Lisa had received an amazing job opportunity, and they decided to go for it. Three days after making the big move Elaine had her first of TWO strokes. With her having so many health issues, Lisa was working remotely, and taking any time off that she could. She has since lost her job due to taking too much time off, and was receiving unemployment, which has since been terminated due to inability to work as she is taking care of her mother. About a month ago Elaine was diagnosed with HR positive metastatic breast cancer. The cancer has spread to her spinal cord, pelvic bones, and lymph nodes. Her basic prescriptions are costing about $800 a month, as well as medical bed rental, and other expenses. If they decide to go ahead with chemotherapy that will be $3000 to $5000 per month. Healthcare in the US is a joke, and being sick will bankrupt you. Anything you can give will go  toward keeping Elaine as comfortable and cared for at home as possible.
