I'm requesting assistance in meeting medical bills growing out of a cascade of issues.

Specifically, I'm still paying off a heart procedure, I now need hernia surgery, and I have at least 4 teeth in urgent need of crowns, of which at most 2 will be covered by my dental plan. I am reliant on Medicare, my severely depleted resources, and the kindness of friends and strangers.
