Hi, my name is Kim and I am Karey's sister. She underwent her 3rd brain surgery on February 10th for her recurring tumor. When she came out of surgery, we learned she had a stroke during her surgery.

Her long term needs are going to include rehabilitation and much therapy to regain her strength back.

She had to quit working a few years ago, so these medical bills will be adding up. I talked to her before her surgery about doing some type of fundraiser to help her. We didn't know then the extent of her medical bills, and we won't for some time. She is on her 5th day in the ICU, but still has a long way to go.
