I am running the 2023 Dublin Marathon on the 29th October to raise funds in aid of Irish Cancer Society and every donation will help.

Our family has had a tough year with cancer. Is has affected my wonderful and beautiful sister Deborah and She has battled so well and bravely against her cancer and if she can get through all the treatment I can complete a marathon!

I have been doing the training for the past few months and hopefully on the day I can cross that finish line as a thank you to anyone who is in a position to donate. You can follow me on Strava so you can keep an eye on me to make sure I am doing all my training.

I want to thank my amazing wife and son for the support and love to keep me going with the training and putting up with the early mornings to go running. I hope to do you both proud on the day.
