McWoodson Fire Recovery Campaign

On Monday, November 2, 2020, Sister Dorothy McWoodson and her family lost their home and everything they owned to a devastating fire. They were not injured, but the family pet did perish in the fire. They are displaced and living in alternative housing.

Sister McWoodson and her husband Deacon McWoodson were long standing members of the Shiloh Baptist Church Family. As such, we are reaching out to you asking your support in our efforts to assist the family.

The insurance company has told them they will be displaced for over 6 months due to COVID and code requirements being met. If you or someone you know has a house, apartment, or duplex they may use during this period, please let us know.

Additionally, they am asking you donate gift cards or cash to the family so they may purchase the things they need because they lost everything they owned with many items being irreplaceable.

You can also donate directly to the Abundant Word Christian Center or Shiloh Baptist Church c/o Sister Dorothy McWoodson and Family. We will ensure every donation is provided to the family. Thank you in advance for your love, prayers and support.
