Mary Katherine Prewitt Healing Fund

Mary Katherine Prewitt is 24 years old, the daughter of Tim and Cindy Prewitt and brother to Kyle Prewitt from Tupelo MS. She is senior in her last semester at Mississippi State University majoring in English; Mary was set to graduate in December.
She is a creative, caring, loving, devoted daughter and student.

The Accident  
Mary Katherine was in a car accident on October 16, 2020 that resulted in her being rushed to the local OCH (Oktibbeha County Hospital) facility in Starkville, MS. and then air lifted to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo,
MS. NMMC is a level 2 trauma center for her   type of injury.  The injury occurred from a           large modified pickup truck colliding without  braking into the rear of the automobile where she was a passenger. Mary Katherine was in
the back seat. This accident cause a TBI or 
(Traumatic Brain Injury). 

This fund is to help us pay for all of the
hospital expenses accumulated, and the ones 
still to come. Mary has been in the ICU in
Tupelo,  MS for 3 weeks now. She has made
some improvements, however she still has       quite a journey ahead of her. The next step for her is LTAC Recovery or (Long Term Acute
Care). We are at the will of God, and seek his   guidance daily.
