Marvin's Painful Hematoma

Little Marvin was originally my foster since he was sick with an infection. The shelter encouraged me to keep him while he healed, and they paid for his medicine. We became bestfriends. He suddenly got a lump on his ear, this hematoma, but the shelter did a procedure and it went away. I adopted him right after the procedure. The next day, the hematoma came back! The shelter suddenly knew how to fix the problem for good, but it would cost much more than I can afford, and since I had adopted Marvin already, the shelter could not do it for free again. Now I am in a dilemma. It would pain me to surrender Marvin back to the shelter, especially knowing they will euthanize him. Marvin and I are so bonded now, it would break his hard to leave me. Please help keep us together! ♥
