"We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other." Romans 5:12
These words define the heart of the team at GreenTech Homes. That heart extends from leadership, throughout the company, to customers and those who partner with us. One such partner is in a time of great need, and this is how we’re getting involved:
Recently we hosted a party for the realtors in our area, saying thank you for everything they do. As part of that event, we held a drawing for $10,000, and the realtor had to be present to win. The initial prize winner was not in attendance and, therefore, the $10,000 went to someone else. Later we discovered the reason our first winner, Mark Echols, did not attend the party, and just how beneficial the money could have been to him.
Realtor, Mark Echols, is currently facing life-threatening kidney problems, and his family really could use some financial assistance. The GreenTech family has come together and pledged to match up to $10,000 of any funds donated to this page to assist Mark and his family. Please consider partnering with us. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for Mark and his family, to assist with exorbitant medical expenses.
Here is the testimony of a family member, describing this unfortunate situation:
“Back at the beginning of 2018, my brother was "denied" a life insurance policy, only to be told that he was in stage four kidney failure. As you can imagine, this came as a shock to not only him but also our entire family--a seemingly healthy 38-year-old, with no previous diagnosis, suddenly fighting for his life. His kidney function was at 15% in March of 2018. At 20% a person normally goes on a donor list, and at 10%, dialysis is required. He was smack-dab in the middle. He is currently at 12%. Shortly after his diagnosis, an ultra sound detected that he actually only had ONE kidney. We aren't sure if this was from birth, or if this happened as a result of the kidney failure. To make matters even worse, the insurance that Mark has is refusing to pay for any of the procedures, testing, surgeries, donor expenses, etc…The doctors are saying that dialysis is in his VERY NEAR future, since he is currently at 12% function. With that being said, time is of the essence to get a kidney. With insurance refusing to pay for any of the procedures, we are hoping to raise money to help get this process started. We know that the GREAT PHYSICIAN is ultimately in control of my brother’s life, but we are asking for your support, not just financially but also by praying that his function stays above 10% until we can get a donor lined up.”
Life together counteracts weariness and isolation.

OURS is a far more powerful word than MINE
US is a far more powerful word than I."
