Marianne Jacobs' Hope Fund

Please consider making a donation to help the family of Marianne Jacobs. Marianne was in a head-on collision on Friday, March 28, 2014. She is being kept heavily sedated at a hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She has bleeding on the brain and swelling. They have drilled a hole in her head to relieve the pressure and drain fluid. Her carotid artery is blocked and they cannot give her blood thinners to open it because of the bleeding. She also has an aneurism. Her left leg has ligament damage. Her right ankle is broken in three places and will eventually require surgery. Both temporal bones, both nasal cavity bones, and her right eye socket are all broken. She should be on a ventilator for a while and in ICU for weeks.

We all know that no amount of money can ease her pain, but when financial burdens are not of concern she will be able to focus on healing. There is no way to know when her family will be able to return to work. This money can help to pay for not only medical expenses, but also for lost wages and the many hours of physical therapy to come. Prayers are much appreciated.
