Marc Elie's Delgado Tuition
Donation protected
We seek your support for the college tuition of a talented young man from Haiti.
Marc Fortuna left Haiti in October 2016 to study at the University of New Orleans (UNO), soon after his home was devastated by Hurricane Matthew. He arrived in the US to attend the UNO where he had been admitted. He was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship from the UNO English program.
He has graduated from the program with proficiency for subsequent study and seeks to pursue an associate degree in Information Technology at Delgado Community College. This Gofundme campaign seeks to raise the $8,369 tuition for one year of study at Delgado Community College, plus modest support for books and supplies.
The amount needed is $10,000, which covers one-year's tuition and support for books and ancillary supplies. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
