One of our beloved employees needs our help.
Manuel Martinez-Lopez's hometown in Oaxaca, Mexico was ravaged by a landslide in the aftermath of the recent earthquakes in Mexico.
His family's home was destroyed. His brother's home was destroyed. Thankfully, they all survived.
But now the rebuilding process starts.
His children, wife, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, and neighbors are all without.
Manuel is one of the kindest people you'll meet. The thought of this happening to him wrecks everyone who knows him.
All funds raised will be withdrawn by La Margarita Restaurant and given directly to Manuel's wife and his brother, Gildardo, a former La Margarita employee himself, who will oversee the clearing and cleaning of their property, the rebuilding of their homes, help with finding new transportation, and more.
