Emergency Medical Fundraising For Mrs. Ruth SemaKula (Mama Semakula)
The Semakula and Mfinanga families from USA and Tanzania are asking for your financial help to assist their mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. 3 weeks ago Mama Semakula sustained a severe stroke. Mama Semakula in critical condition was airlifted from Intensive Care Unit of KCMC Hospital in Tanzania to Intensive Care Unit at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. Her condition has since been improving stable and on the course of slow recovery, spends most of the time on a recliner bedside. She is not verbally responsive but follows commands both visual and motor skills, assisted feeding and spontaneous breathing. At this point her Physician approves to be transported to any place the family feels comfortable to continue with further neurologic evaluation and longterm treatment. We are family of Faith praying endlessly for her recovery and we see results day by day. Considering current family situation her return to US where she has been residing is the only hope for her proper long term care
The family is urgently fundraising approximately $200,000 that will be used towards medical evacuation expenses and hospital stay. The entire Semakula and Mfinanga famillies want to sincerely thank you for your graciousness and prompt support.
