Hello! My name is Rayonna Price and I am a student filmmaker at University of Colorado Denver, where I am producing the senior thesis film "Romulus", written and directed by Saroja Manickam.

"Romulus" follows a volatile, emotionally guarded teenage boy desperately searching for his dysfunctional mother after being abandoned with his stern grandmother. The film explores themes of generational trauma, grief, coming of age, and family.

Our team will use funds for intricate vintage Americana production design and locations, compensating actors for emotionally heavy performances, and feeding our primarily female crew!

We have worked for the past four years to develop our skills as filmmakers, and this project is our chance to demonstrate all that we've learned.
