Team Member Fund

We love our team members, but due to this catastrophic pandemic, Maids by Trade is in a surviving mode as a small business and we can only do so much. Most team members have been caring for our clients' homes for over 3, 5 and even 15 years, it hurts having to reduce their time in the company just so we can stay afloat. Unfortunately, due to the number of cancellations during this season, the company can’t increase their paid time off as we are unable to do so due to the current situation.

Among our teams, the majority of them are single parents and hard-working mothers who need your support more than ever. Due to the high amount of requests by concerned clients, Maids by Trade has established an employee fund to facilitate supporting our team members during these difficult times. Anyone can contribute to the fund voluntarily. This fund will be used 100% to support our team members during this period and help support their families and livelihood.
