My Health&Medicine NSLC at Harvard

Hi! My name is Madeleine Golden and I am a sophomore at Lutheran West High school. I was born with Spina Bifida, so I have spent much time in the hospital. All that time in the hospital has sparked my interest in becoming a doctor. That is why when I got an email inviting me to The National Student Leadership Conference for Health and Medicine, I was ecstatic. One of the options of the colleges I could complete this program at is Harvard, which is my dream school. Here, I would learn some basic health care skills like intubation and sutures amongst other things. I would be shadowing doctors and learning so much about the profession that would help me in my future career. The program is from August 3rd- August 11th. I will use this money to pay for the program and transportation to Boston. The total payment is due in May. If you could help me out in any way, I would be so grateful. Thank you for your time.
