Lywanna Woods .......Lupus Warrior

Dear Friends & Family,
I would like to ask for your assistance. My best friend Lywanna Woods has been battling Lupus and other health challenges for several years now. A few years ago we came close to losing her but she has continued to fight with a smile on her face and a helping hand for anyone in need. Lywanna is a 1994 graduate of Winston-Salem State University and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She was very active in her sorority , church and made an impact on the lives of many young people in the community. Increased pain and loss of mobility due to her illnesses have prevented her from being as active as she would like.
We recently visited the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL to meet with several amazing physicians to explore treatment options while getting answers to additional problems that she was experiencing. Over the next few months she will be traveling back and forth to the Mayo Clinic from Charlotte, NC. Lywanna is still in need of at least $8,000 for medical expenses and medications at this time to continue treatments.
If Lywanna has touched your life in any way or you simply just want to help we are asking you to make a monetary contribution to show your support during this difficult time. No amount is too small anything you are able to give will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your kindness.
