Lukas’ celebrations of life

This is my nephew Lukas. Lukas is 12 years old and was born with an  arteriovenous  malformation (AVM) in his brain. This extremely rare  terminal condition occurs in less then 1% of the population. Lukas’ mom Sondra (my sister) and her two other children 14 year old daughter Kylee and 6 year old son Nixon have worked very hard as a family for years to maintain an as “normal” as possible lifestyle. Not many people can even understand the stress involved in having a child who is continuously fighting for life let alone imagine having two other children trying to be children who’s lives are just as busy as everyone else’s with school and birthday party’s and sleepovers and family outings of their own. My sister Sondra has for years been strong and never complains about her situation never looks for pity and hasn’t ever asked anyone for a cent to help.  Sondra became so involved with what was going on with Lukas medically over the past few years that she went back to school after 4 years of going to school and working in the trades already to become an Alberta ehs primary care parmedic. The past six Months has been harder then ever while my sister struggles with a hernia surgery went wrong that is preventing her from returning to work . She has More recently become a single
Mother who is now faced with the stress of funeral arrangements for a child please help my sister who saves lives for a living through this extremely difficult time in Her life
