Lucky Animal Protection Shelter(LAPS) is the 1st & only registered non-profit dog rescue & animal shelter ( EIN# 88-4070770 ) with a mission to eradicate rabies and control the dog population in northern Pakistan thru programs for

1) Mass vaccination of stray & owned dogs,

2) Reducing animal overpopulation thru spay/neuter & adoption programs

3)Providing temporary shelter to stray, injured & abandoned dogs.

4) Provide rescue or emergency services for injured & abandoned dogs

5) Creating awareness for treating dogs with compassion & empathy
