Important Update for Our Donors
Thank you for your generous contribution, your support helped provide over 3,500 hot meals prepared by local merchants for our first responders at the EMS, FDNY and NYPD teams here in the Lower East Side during the height of the pandemic.
Unfortunately, all donations made prior to August 4, 2020 to this program were refunded in full due to an unforeseen technical error in payment processing. The refund of original donations will be posted to accounts no later than August 12, 2020.
We are incredibly appreciative of those that have resubmitted their donations. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused and thank you again for your continued support.

Help us help our community! The Lower East Side Partnership (LESP) is delivering meals to local first responders in our neighborhood.
For the next 30 days LESP will be coordinating with Lower East Side small businesses to send meals to local EMS, FDNY, and NYPD teams. We will provide one meal daily to the nearly 100 front line personnel working to keep our community safe during this ever-changing public health emergency.
LESP will provide $5,000 in initial funding to begin sending food today and will match all donations $1 for $1 up to $10,000 to continue this work in the challenging days and weeks ahead.

The Lower East Side Partnership is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit economic and community development organization, contracted by the City of New York to enhance the unique and diverse character of the Lower East Side by improving overall quality of life and supporting the continued growth and vitality of the local economy.
