In loving memory of Zan Abbas - Build a Masjid in Pakistan
Donation protected
Asalaam alaikum,
I hope this message finds you and your families in the best of health and Imaan, InshaAllah.
12/07/2024 — the day everything changed. The day we lost a wonderful husband, a doting father, a caring son, a loyal brother, and a remarkable friend — Zan Abbas.
A year has passed and yet the pain is still the same. His absence is felt each day and the wait to be reunited continues.
Grief is strange - it slows time and rushes it all at once. It feels like just yesterday that our world was shattered, and yet, somehow, it feels like we’ve been missing Zan forever.
As Muslims, we are reminded that Sadqa-e-Jaria (ongoing charity) is one of the most powerful legacies we can leave behind. With your generous support, Alhamdulillah, many beautiful projects have already been completed in Zan’s name.
As we approach his one-year anniversary, we are embarking on a new project: building a Masjid in Pakistan, in a small village around Alipur.
Currently, the local villagers pray in a bare building with limited amenities. Our goal is to reconstruct the entire Masjid and Madrassah allowing it to truly serve the community for generations to come, InshaAllah.
This is a humble request for your continued support - whether through donations, duas, or simply sharing this cause with others. Every contribution, no matter how small, is a step toward a lasting legacy for Zan and an ongoing source of reward for us all.
May Allah (SWT) accept our efforts, forgive Zan’s shortcomings, elevate his rank and reunite us with him in Jannah, InshaAllah. Ameen.
JazakAllah Khair for your time, support, and love.
From Hadiyah and Khadijah.
Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.”
