Our loving Phelps family lost their husband/ father. Tony was a loving, funny, goal achieving man. He worked hard for himself to keep Brianna at home with the new baby and the boys. On his way out to pick up another truck for a job, his truck hit a patch of ice and the truck & trailer he was hauling jackknifed and rolled. He passed away instantly.
