Lords’ blockage procedure

My wonderful 4 year old cat named Lord Beerus has unfortunately gotten blocked. What that means is that he is unable to release his urine from his body due to some buildup in his bladder and having a small urethra. We had already gone through the procedure once on Nov 7th and he’s unfortunately become blocked again. It’s kind of a time sensitive thing being that if he isn’t able to express himself enough he can have kidney issues and worse his bladder could rupture. I know money is tight right now but anything helps and if you can’t help
with money, some positive thoughts for my kitty will do.
