Help while going through chemo

My name is JoAnn  Wilson I am 69 years old and I have been raising my teenage granddaughter by myself for the past 12 years  I was recentley diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.(Ifought this same fight 22 years ago) I am on a fixed income and  so to suppliment my income  I had been making and selling my homemade jams and  jellies  but with this diagnosis and chemo I am not able to do this (chemo takes a lot out of you) So I need a little  financial assistance to help  me through the next few months  (about 6months)until I am well enough to make and sell my jams and jellies.  Along with  cancer comes extra co-pays for doctors and  exspensive medication that I cannot afford on my fixed income.
 I have never had to ask for help and I have always managed to "make ends meet" on my fixed income, but I find myself needing help now.
