Jeanie Worthington has lived and worked her entire life taking care of others. She has always been active in her community, church and civic organizations. But unfortunately due to the fact that 8 years ago she had to have one kidney removed due to an abdominal tumor. She has had a wide rage of stomach and other health concerns everyday since. Despite all this she has continued to work as a caregiver to others as an RN. ( You can’t stop a Nurse)
But all this has come to what she is facing today. And that is a need for a new kidney. The only one she has remaining is failing and she is already approved, and on the recipient list. However that could take years. And she may not have that time.
Recently a long time family friend that is a blood type match has graciously offered to be a living donor. Which will speed up the time line but comes with a large expense not covered. Please consider supporting this cause and helping my family have as much healthy time together as possible.
