Let's Support George Diaz

Recently,  George was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. Due to this illness, he's been unable to work and support his family. Everyone that knows George, knows that he is the kindest, most genuine person on Earth.  He's always upbeat and willing to help others in need. Today, however, George needs our help. George has been given two weeks to live.  He and his family would greatly appreciate help with medical and funeral expenses.
