Let’s Safe little Kanykei’s Life

Kanykei was born with a severe spinal malformation called Spina Bifida. Spina bifida is a condition that affects the spine and is usually apparent at birth. It is a type of neural tube defect which can cause paralysis of legs, severe disabilities, can affect the function of the bladder, intestines and sometimes kidneys too. At the tiny age of 2 months, she has already had one major spinal surgery in Turkey. But unfortunately, the control MRI shows that her spinal cord is tethered and she will need an even more complicated operation than the first one. Without a surgery, Kanykei could be left in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down for the rest of her life. There is also a risk of complications with the bladder, intestines and kidneys. Please don't ignore this family’s misfortune. Any help is important.

Каныкей родилась с тяжёлым пороком развития позвоночника которая называется Спина Бифида. Это врождённый порок нервной трубки плода, когда спинной мозг младенца развивается снаружи позвоночного канала. Подробнее о диагнозе в карусели. В крошечном возрасте 2 месяцев она уже перенесла одну серьезную операцию на позвоночник в Турции. Но к сожалению, контрольное МРТ, показывает что ее спинной мозг фиксирован и ей потребуется ещё более сложная чем первая, операция. Без операции маленькая девочка может остаться в инвалидном кресле, парализованной ниже пояса на всю жизнь. Также есть риск возникновения осложнений с мочевым пузырем, кишечником и почками.
