ST HELENA ISLAND TO GUERNSEY 2023

St Helena will compete in next year’s International Island Games in Guernsey from 8th to 14th July 2023. We are hoping to be able to compete in Athletics, Golf, Swimming and Football.

St Helena was lucky number 16 to be drawn out for the Football Tournament.

We estimate that it will cost £3000 per person to be able to compete in next year’s games.

The St Helena Football Association has £10,000 raised already.

The Bank of St Helena has agreed to sponsor all kits for all the sports.

With your help, we could send our biggest Sports Team to the International Games with a total of 35 athletes taking part in four sports.

Sport is a big part of Island life. It is our most significant pastime in a place with limited resources.

With St Helena having the opportunity to compete on the world stage, it gives our youngsters something to aspire to. Help keep the dreams alive.
