Hello friends, as many of you already know, our sweet Desmond was diagnosed with Leukemia on August 24th. He will undergo aggressive
chemotherapy for the next 10 months.
This is a very difficult time for
my sister and her husband. Caring for their child is their number one
priority.
Because of this devastating situation, my sister made the decision to close down her boutique. Her husband is on FMLA but unfortunately was told he wouldn’t get paid for the weeks he didn’t work.

Which brings me to this,
the last thing I want is for the Pelayo family to have financial burdens. Asking for assistance is difficult but it's even more difficult to see them worry about not being able to be with their child in these tough times. Let's help keep the family together and help them breathe a little easier so that  they may give their child the undivided attention he needs and deserves.
