Leslie Morales' Medical Fund

Since a young age, Leslie has been met with adversity.  Her parents worked hard to provide what Leslie and her three siblings needed.   Leslie has always been the role model and an advocate for her younger brother with special needs.  Knowing what a struggle her brother has had, Leslie has  dedicated her life, working as a school psychologist helping students with disabilities.  As a young mother, she put herself through school, earning her Master's degree to ensure that she provided for her son.  In her personal and professional life, Leslie is a person that is always there for other people.  She is the person that offers a helping hand or a listening ear to those in need. Now it's time for Leslie to rely on others to help her through this difficult time in her life!

Leslie has been recently diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML).  Her medical condition has progressed quickly and she has  started aggressive treatment.  She has a very long road ahead of her with doctor's appoinments, medical treatments, and extended stays in the hospital.  

Leslie is the financial provider for her young son.  She is her son's world.  All of her energy goes into spending time with her son and providing him meaningful opportunities and experiences.  She will need financial support to provide for her and her son's basic needs as well as extensive medical care as she fights for her life.
