After the sudden passing of my father, I was left to handle everything on my own. Grieving is hard enough, but on top of that I now have to navigate the legal process of probate, which is something I was completely unprepared for. Probate is required to legally settle my dad’s estate, handle his property, and make sure everything is done the right and lawful way. Unfortunately, this process requires hiring a probate attorney, and the cost is far beyond what I can afford on my own.
