It was brought to the attention of the Swinger Society that one of our own is facing a legitimate case of discrimination.

Imagine being told you are an unfit parent because of what you and your spouse do sexually behind closed doors. Imagine receiving court documents stating your ex-spouse wants to take custody from you because you are in a consensually non-monogamous relationship.

This is real... and this is happening...

A child's well-being is not affected by a parent's sexual lifestyle, just like any monogamous couple choosing to engage in BDSM or explore their kinks when their children go to bed at night.

These things are not in a family law book because they DO NOT affect the child.

Our dear friends need our help!!! We are raising money to assist them in their legal fees to fight for sexual freedom and fight for their child. Their child is loved, cared for, and in NO WAY involved in what they do behind closed doors.
