My name is Cindi Lincoln. I entered a 20 year contract with Kent Hovind, Creation Science Evangelism, and Ernie Land which they have breached, stopped payments, frauded and therefore stolen over half my income. Lawyers need money to take the case. Kent Hovind and Ernie Land need to be stopped. They are frauds using the gospel for a money grab, operating like a mafia, with no conscience and no morals, using lies, intimidation, manipulation and spiritual abuse against generous donors and volunteers. Concerning “brothers taking brothers to court,” I discussed with my pastor who quoted Romans 13:1-6 where God instituted the courts for justice, and one reason why we pay taxes. Without courts, evil and the strongest bully rules... there is a time to sue and a time to not sue. As I’ve waited and prayed and asked around godly counsel, I simply can’t just walk away and allow him to steal over $100,000 from contracts Kent and Ernie signed and agreed to and now lie about. It’s evil, and they need be held accountable for both their own sake and for their next victims’ sakes.
