Legacy of Love, Courage, and Strength

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for Bill's family. Bill, along with his family, courageously fought a challenging battle against Leiomyosarcoma-a rare, aggressive cancer. Bill was a loving husband to Michele Myers Trageser, devoted dad to Michael and Megan, cherished brother, son, uncle and friend who was always there for you. Bill was an amazing and talented NYC District 75 teacher who made his students feel like the stars they are.

Bill's strength, positivity, and smile could light up any room. He did not let this journey dim the positivity or smile. Bill's battle against Leiomyosarcoma ended with his family by his side. We created this Go Fund Me page to help Michele, Michael, and Megan as they navigate these new waters, hoping to alleviate some of the financial strain of the 5 year cancer battle.
