Hi, my name is Leanna Cooper, and I’m reaching out with hope, determination, and a deep love for the children I teach.

I'm currently three classes away from earning my bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. But due to financial hardship, I’ve been unable to pay off a $4,000 balance with the university, which has prevented me from enrolling in my final courses. Unfortunately, my financial aid and loans have been fully exhausted.

From 2017 to 2019, I experienced the unimaginable—losing all four of my grandparents back to back. While still grieving, the COVID-19 pandemic swept in, deepening my emotional and financial challenges. I had to put school on hold, even though education has always been my passion.

Throughout it all, I’ve continued doing what I love most: teaching preschool. I’m deeply committed to shaping young minds and nurturing the potential of every child. With my degree, I hope to advance my career and specialize in working with children with special needs, a calling that’s close to my heart.

This degree is more than a milestone—it’s a path forward to doing even more for the children and families I serve. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward clearing my university balance and covering the tuition for my last three courses.
