Don protégé
As a final farewell to Nolan Walborn, we have committed to sending some of his ashes into Deep Space aboard the Voyager “Enterprise”, scheduled for launch in late 2019.

We believe the Voyager “Enterprise” mission would have appealed to Nolan’s infinite scientific curiosity, and also to his wry sense of humor. Its payload will contain ashes of such luminaries as the past president of an aerospace company; the owner of a manufacturer of mirrors and lenses for science; a Professor Emerita of Columbia University’s Graduate Division of Painting and Sculpture; the husband and wife creators of “Star Trek”; and “Scotty”, a beloved character from that same series.
Our goal is to raise sufficient funds to cover both the cost of this special memorial, as well as a portion of the travel expenses for his immediate family to attend the actual launch.
