Launch Elaine's "Cultural Butterfly" Project

My name is Elaine Cornick, and I live in Bend, OR.  For many years my passion and commitment has been inspiring new perspectives to transform the ways we work and live.   

What is the “Cultural Butterfly” Project?

Given the level of concern, discontent, dismay, and distress being expressed by many people about our world today, it is time for a new approach!

One typical approach to creating something is a linear process of deciding what we want, setting goals and intentions, developing a plan and strategies to get there, and then implementing the plan. This works wonderfully well for many of the external, material aspects of our lives.

Another typical approach is problem-solving. However, as Robert Fritz, author of Creating and The Path of Least Resistance, says, “Problem-solving is not creating, and creating is no problem.”

Those approaches do not work well for accessing and creating our deeper yearnings, dreams and desires for more fulfilling, self-actualized lives or expressing our higher potentials—individually and collectively.

Expressing higher potentials and self-actualization requires a non-linear process that has the right conditions for creativity and transformation.  It is the same process that a caterpillar goes through in becoming a butterfly.

That's why with your help I am creating the “Cultural Butterfly Project,” a program to teach, facilitate, and support people in the transformational process of creating the world we want to live in.

This program will include facilitation, coaching, workshops and presentations for individuals, small groups, large groups, an e-book, and eventually an online course.

This will involve the quantum field, applied metaphysics, spirituality, and other leading-edge understandings. This approach is what we need now to successfully create a world with a transformed culture that we truly want. 

Why is this needed?  Why will it make a difference?

We are in the middle of a culture-wide process of breakdown and potential breakthrough, like the caterpillar does when it is becoming a butterfly.

Inside the caterpillar there are “imaginal cells”—the seeds of future potential—which had been dormant and which now begin a process of creating a new form and structure.

At first these imaginal cells operate independently. Then they begin connecting together, forming clusters and clumps, passing information back and forth until they hit a tipping point and become a butterfly.

I have the inspiration, the “calling”, and the skills to facilitate creative transformation and help individuals and organizations that are “imaginal cells” navigate these times and successfully create “butterflies”--individually, collectively and culturally.

A breakdown is always an opportunity for a breakthrough.  However, there is no guarantee that there will be a breakthrough.  That’s why we must tend  and steward this process consciously, with great skill and care, seeing a higher vision and knowing a deeper purpose to allow the greatest possibilities to unfold and manifest.

Who I am and what I bring to this project (some reasons I believe you would want to support and invest in me):

1)   I’m an elder (not just a “senior”), still actively working, with some hard-won wisdom to serve this process.

2)   I love this work! I am totally committed to and passionate about transforming the ways we work and live to co-create a world we all want to live in.

3)   I’m a continuous life-long learner and community-builder in the areas of personal, emotional, mental, spiritual, and socio-economic cultural transformation.

4)   I’ve been laying the foundation for this all my life, with degrees in a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Management, and work experience in coaching/counseling/consulting, community liaison, facilitation/training, program development, and sales and marketing in the private, non-profit, and government sectors.

5)   For years I have continually explored, experimented with, and practiced numerous leading-edge approaches to how we create our reality.

6)   For the past 30+ years I have followed my “inner guidance system” as best I could to do this transformational work.  I have felt compelled to do it even though it has often not been easy. 

7)   I’m a catalyst in connecting and “cross-pollinating” people, ideas, and resources involving consciousness and a socio-economic cultural shift that is a higher vision and expression of the world we all want to live in.

8)   I’m also a catalyst through coaching, facilitating, and teaching people to more fully share their authentic gifts in their lives and work by expressing their greater potentials. 

9)   I am ready and committed now to step up to a new level of making a contribution and co-creating a world we all want to live in.

Why am I asking for your support?

In creating and offering this program, of course I’ll be building on my past work and experience.

It also requires me to fine-tune my existing skills and develop new skills and capacities in co-creating and collaborating differently than I’ve done before. 

As an important way to extend my skills and support the development of this program, with your help I’m enrolling in an advanced professional training program of transformational leadership, coaching, and facilitation with Dr. Claire Zammit, the founder of Evolving Wisdom, https://evolvingwisdom.com.

My anticipated budget for developing and offering this program is:

The time is NOW! Registration is open and space is limited  in that advanced training program, and, from my experience with her previous courses, I know it will fill up quickly.
