Aloha, my name is Brad Whittaker, my wife and I own a real estate office in Kihei on Maui. We are asking for Realtors everywhere to help us raise funds for the families who have suffered unfathomable losses from the devastating wildfires that have taken the town of Lahaina and have affected so many other areas on the island, including one of our own. Homes are gone, jobs are gone, vehicles are gone and there are still many people missing who are not accounted for, so this is a long-term project to say the least!

We have boots on the ground in Maui who are well connected to the community and can put this money exactly where it is needed, when it is needed, because it is needed in so many different places, right now. Also, please remember that these needs will change as the process goes from rescue to recovery to rebuilding for so many families who have lost everything. We will be giving these funds to the entities that can do the most good as the needs arise. Many local nonprofits are helping with short-term housing, food, clothing, and transportation, just to name a few of the places where these funds will go.

Our office values focus on Malama (tend to the needs of others), Laulima (work together) and Ohana (we are all connected/family). Because of that, we are grateful that we have such a vast network of caring realtors across the country and are blessed by anything that you can give to help us help our local Ohana on Maui.

Mahalo for your love, prayers and generosity!
