Restoring Alexis's Smile

On May 25, 2014, Alexis was driving a car that was hit head-on by an underinsured driver who crossed into Alexis's lane of traffic. Alexis suffered more than 30 broken bones and countless other injuries which nearly took her life. She was airlifted to Bend, OR where she remained in the hospital for a month.

Alexis was released from the hospital to  continue her rehabilitation at her mother and step-father's house. The  funds from insurance have been exhausted and yet Alexis still needs more care. Most importantly she needs her smile restored.
