Hi my name is Angela Apple, and I'm starting this GoFundMe on behalf of Jason Apple, my brother in law and devoted father of 4 children, who is now facing the fight of his life.

At just the young age of 50years old, November 5, 2024, Jason has been diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer that has metastasized to his liver. For over a year, Jason has kept his battle privately sharing his journey with only a few family and friends. On September 9, 2025, his employer unexpectedly fired him for being sick and having to take off work on medical leave for his treatments. Jason now has to pay for his health and life insurance on his own, and he can no longer afford it. Jason has exhausted all avenues available to him to get financial help , but unfortunately, he has been denied such help. I am reaching out to family and friends to help Jason pay for his Medical bills, treatments, medications, travel to appointments, and basic living expenses that are piling up fast.
