FRIENDS & FAMILY OF KIRK VAN WAGNER

Hello everyone! We would like to raise some money for medical and living expenses for our dear friend, Kirk van Wagner.  He has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer. It has metastisized into his bones and lymph nodes. Additionally he has also been diagnosed with bladder cancer. His treatment entails hormone therapy, platelet transfusions and chemotherapy. He will also need surgery to remove tumors in his bladder.

I am sure you all remember Kirk was the owner and head chef at Curly's in Lackawanna, NY for years.  After the sale of Curly's, Kirk went to work as a chef for Springville Country Club.  

Funds will be needed as soon as possible because he has been unable to work. Disability compensation is almost nil.  A donation of any kind will help Kirk concentrate on his ultimate goal - BEATING THIS CANCER!
